Welcome to Everything In Between! Owner and Occupational Therapist, Valerie Grondin, MS, OTR/L, saw the need for OT services in the Sanford/Springvale area and followed her dreams to open a private clinic. After 12 years of working for a local medical facility, she opened her practice at the beginning of the pandemic. Since then, Everything In Between has expanded to a larger building, hired additional staff, and continues to grow. Valerie looks forward to giving back to the community where she was raised and currently resides with her husband and two children.
Everything In Between, LLC is a privately owned Occupational Therapy practice in Springvale, ME, providing OT services to people of all ages and abilities. At Everything In Between Occupational Therapy, we provide therapeutic solutions for living life. Here at EIB therapy, we believe in individualized, one on one treatment that targets the areas of need for the client to reach their optimal functioning.
What is Occupational Therapy? An occupation is any task or activity that brings meaning and purpose to an individual’s life. A child’s occupation is play and learning. During our pediatric treatments we look at the child as a whole using formal and informal testing techniques and then develop individualized treatment plans to help the child meet their goals. With our teenage clients, we work on social skills, internet safety, executive functioning, and job skills in addition to checking on full development of gross motor, fine motor, and visual motor skills. With our adult clients, we work with upper extremity orthopedic injuries, brain injuries, neuromuscular disorders, ergonomics, wellness development, executive functioning, and job skill training.
